We ordered a beautiful vase that was personalised for our friends 30th wedding anniversary I ordered on the Monday and certainly didn’t expect this to be delivered the very next day very securely wrapped. After opening the box we decided to order another vase for another anniversary and once again the service was excellent with the second vase within 24 hours of order.

Excellent selection of good quality 60th (Diamond) Anniversary products, with prompt delivery
Ordered 60th Anniversary photo frame, and personalised vase and cushion, all of which looked nicer than any I’d seen elsewhere, and were even better in reality than on screen. Extremely pleased with purchases: quality of products excellent - not tacky like some Diamond Anniversary products on certain other sites but well made and practical to actually be used. They arrived well packaged, with prompt delivery via DPD (only problem there was neither the fault of GiftStore nor DPD, but to do with the pickup location losing our box for an hour due to putting it in the wrong pile, so I will not be using that pickup location again but will use both GiftStore and DPD). Very positive shopping experience and I would definitely use GiftStore.co.uk again and recommend to others.
